ML-2 bearings stand out for their unique composite design. They combine a woven stainless steel mesh embedded in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to deliver a range of benefits:

  • Eco-friendly and Lead-Free: Solid lubricants within the PTFE comply with the European Parliament's "ELV" directive (2000/53/Ec), making them a sustainable choice.
  • Low Friction, High Chemical Resistance: Much like pure PTFE, ML-2 bearings offer exceptionally low friction and impressive resistance to various chemicals.
  • Strength and Versatility: The metallic backing layer reinforces these bearings, providing the necessary strength and formability to tackle diverse applications
  • Superior Heat Dissipation: The composite structure of ML-2 bearings allows for efficient heat transfer.

To meet your specific needs, ML-2 bearings come in various forms, including: Cylindrical bearings; Flanged bearings; Washers.

These bearings are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.75 mm to 1.50 mm (0.029 to 0.059 inches).

  • Right fit according to requirement to achieve desired torque value
  • Noise-free / smooth operation in assembly
