MR-5 Self-Lubricated Bearings
The MR-5 trademark identifies a range of bearings composed material of compounded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape on a metal shell (steel). The tape of PTFE contains carbon and graphite (without lead, complying with the European Parliament’s “ELV” directive 2000/53/Ec), that give at the material self lubricating, isolates noise and is designed for obtain self lubricated bearings without play.
The available products are cylindrical and flanged bearings, washers, belts and cast-to-size parts with thickness standard is from 0,500 / 0,750 and 1,000 mm.
